By purchasing from PartyCraft Lab (Creations by Cortney LLC), you agree to the terms below. All products are handmade and made to order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or large orders may take longer. Processing time does not include shipping time.

PartyCraft Lab is not responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Tracking is included with all orders.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds are only issued if an error was made on our part.

All digital downloads are final sale and for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

PartyCraft Lab is not liable for damages, delays, or misuse of products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
